About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Product Manager to lead the development of innovative features centered on pay transparency. As a key connection between stakeholders, customers, and our development team, you will ensure our solutions are well-defined, strategically aligned, and meet critical business objectives. Your responsibilities will include refining the pay transparency product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions to advance workplace equity.
This role is deeply tied to Syndio’s mission of eliminating workplace pay disparities. You will have the opportunity to take initiatives from concept to launch, combining technical and business expertise to make a tangible impact for our customers.

You’ll be responsible for tactical, day-to-day execution of the product vision, including: 

Product Research

  • Conduct competitive research to help to inform strategy and competitive differentiation.
  • Interview internal stakeholders and customers to get feedback on feature designs.

Backlog & Requirements Management

  • Translate high-level feature ideas into actionable deliverables, such as epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows.
  • Ensure developers have the product requirements and understanding to execute effectively.

Enablement

  • Build product launch materials, such as FAQs, help manuals, and feature videos. 

Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the development team to …
