Reporting to the Senior Producer, Integrated Production, you'll be immersed in the production department and will support projects from kick-off through delivery. You're quick on your feet and are a creative problem-solver. You are curious and resourceful, and complete work with exceptional craft. 

• You'll enhance the creative by finding versatile solutions that lead creative concepts into even stronger executions.
• You'll support in-house and external projects, such as broadcast, social content, still photography, animation, artist collaboration, digital and small experiential stunts with oversight.
• You'll develop relationships and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, build partnerships with Business Affairs in discovery and throughout the production process, and learn AICP and AICE bid formats.  
• You'll create bid specs and production estimates with clear project deliverables. 
• You'll track and actualize production budgets.
• You'll coordinate meetings, production notes, status reports, and task lists.
• You'll develop production schedules for different types of projects.
• You'll serve as the point person for all daily internal and vendor communications, keeping the team informed on project updates. 
• You'll develop a network of preferred partners and contacts of go-to resources for creating any manner of project.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum production experience (internships, education, etc.)
• Basic familiarity production projects such as Content (Broadcast, social and stills), Digital (AR/VR, platform builds/apps), Experiential (art installations, stunts, events, and pop-ups)
• Familiar with current social content and trends
• Creatively inspired and enjoys finding the right solutions to unique scenarios

Additional information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $39,000 - $62,962. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
