Let’s talk about the role
The Associate Marketing Manager focusing on brand campaigns, brand strategy, and execution is responsible for shaping and executing marketing efforts that build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and establish a strong brand identity. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, project management skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
- Developing clear and concise campaign briefs that outline objectives, target audience, key messages, and KPIs.
- Designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional media, events, etc.) to reinforce brand messaging and maximize reach.
- Leading the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring that all elements (creative, digital, print, etc.) are on track and meet deadlines.
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand campaigns (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, sentiment, reach, and conversion).
- Analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data to optimize strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Conducting after-action reviews of campaigns to assess what worked, what didn’t, and how to refine future campaigns.
- Developing brand campaigns that effectively leverage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) for engagement, brand awareness, and advocacy.
- Understanding how to leverage paid advertising across digital channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to amplify brand campaigns and reach a wider audience.
- Identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand reach and credibility.
- Creating content that not only builds the brand but is also optimized for search engines to attract organic traffic.

- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field
- 3+ years consumer marketing experience

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$68,000-$84,000
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
