The Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition is integral to Regeneron’s continued successful expansion and an important contributor as part of our Global Recruiting Team. In this role you will partner directly with our Research and Preclinical Development business units on talent and selection strategies that deliver outstanding candidates and hiring manager experiences across the entire recruitment life cycle.  This is an opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing, most innovative organizations in the Biotech / Pharma industry and you’ll have an immediate and direct impact on Regeneron’s most important resource…our employees.

This role is open for hybrid work - 3 days / wk. onsite at our HQ Campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY.  This is not available as a fully remote role. 

As a Associate Manager a typical day might include the following:

  • Working collaboratively to source, identify, qualify and deliver candidates for the assigned client groups; including senior-level positions, using a variety of creative recruiting methods.
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify and clarify job specifications in order to generate candidates and develop recruitment strategies to support current hiring needs and future growth.
  • Applying Talent Acquisition best practices and identifying needs and / or actions around influence or interventions to help drive change within your assigned business unit
  • Evaluating talent acquisition metrics and applying appropriate data / analytics strategically to drive change within your assigned business units
  • Identifying and engaging with pipelines of external talent who possess the relevant skills and experience for future open positions
  • Managing all stages of our talent selection processes applying right-for-purpose recruitment processes based on needs
  • Handling candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS); and engaging in direct sourcing / alternate recruiting methods to identify a diverse slate of candidates for your open requisitions.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication. Can provide detailed, insightful updates to candidates, colleagues, and business partners.
  • You have validated problem solving skills and can act independently to resolve ambiguous situation
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative, high-performance culture

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Organization Psychology or a related field (Master’s degree in related field a plus).  At least 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the pharma/biotech space supporting Research / Clinical business units. Previous experience working in a staffing agency is also preferred.  As well as excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
