Associate Manager, Professional Learning Service Engagement Operations

The impact you'll have:  

  • Manage individual contributors on the Engagement team responsible for scheduling and planning over 7,000 Professional Learning sessions annually. 
  • Coach and develop team members to grow skills that will drive the highest possible impact on educators via effective professional learning planning.  
  • Analyze performance data to provide timely and constructive feedback in support of team members’ performance, development, and growth within the role and beyond. 
  • In collaboration with leadership in Professional Learning, Partner Success, and Sales, implement strategies that streamline communications/activities to drive implementation alignment.  
  • Lead strategic innovation initiatives to grow efficiency and effectiveness of departmental work.  
  • Schedule professional learning sessions with individual sites or district implementations. 
  • Conduct timely and effective outreach to educators via email, zoom meetings, and phone calls.    
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success Managers, and Professional Learning teams within individual portfolio to ensure implementation alignment.  
  • Lead with integrity every day, contributing to a culture of high expectations and excellence.  

Who we're looking for:  

  • Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring team members in a culture of high expectations.   
  • A history of motivating a team or group of individuals to reach greater levels of productivity and efficiency  
  • Experience leading consultative conversations with educators on professional learning and/or implementation practices.  
  • Growth mindset, with commitment to ongoing learning and willingness to be flexible to meet evolving educator and team needs  
  • Evidence of collaboration/relationship building with leadership and colleagues  
  • Evidence of independence and completion of assigned projects   
  • Proven organization skills, high attention to details, and superior time management that results in effectively completing multiple projects and prioritizing appropriately  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: clear, supportive, candid, and encouraging  
  • Ability to think quickly and act decisively  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in a professional services environment in the education industry.  
  • Experience leading remote teams preferred.  
  • Classroom experience preferred, though not required.  
  • Prior knowledge of or direct experience with Curriculum Associates’ suite of products, including i-Ready, i-Ready Classroom, and Magnetic Reading  

Pay Range: This role’s range is $60,750 - $99,750.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
