Associate Learning & Documentation Specialist - Remote

About the opportunity:
This new role will help to shape our learning and development initiatives. You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization by creating engaging and impactful educational materials and supporting our employees' growth journey.
You’ll create, organize, maintain, and publish documentation and information resources that enable our support and research team to thrive.
Collaboration is vital, and you’ll work closely with team members across Delivery and Product to ensure that all documentation meets the highest standards. 
This is a 100% telecommute position with the rare exception of travel for company/team meetings and/or customer engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Create, update, and maintain documentation for all critical internal processes for our background check and medical services business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning and documentation needs.
  • Learn to develop engaging educational and training materials such as digital presentations, how-to articles, and instructional videos.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of written documentation through feedback and observation, and continuously improve content based on insights gained.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to ensure training and documentation content remains current and relevant.
  • Work closely with our Delivery and Product teams to identify and address areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field (Communications, English, Journalism, or other) or equivalent years of experience.
  • 1-3  years experience in creating documentation, technical writing, or other relevant areas.
  • Passionate about empowering our team members to achieve their potential.
  • Dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration that cultivates a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and execute accordingly in a fast-paced company environment.
  • Plus: familiarity with Notion.

  • The expected base compensation for this role is between $45,000 - $60,000    for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
