Signifyd is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to provide strategic and hands-on HR support to both employees and leaders in our R&D org. This position works across our R&D organizations with employees and leaders alike on company efforts to engage and retain the best talent across the full employee lifecycle. What You'll Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, coach and consultant for Signifyd’s managers to improve their leadership capability, team effectiveness, strategic insight and business performance. 
  • Contribute to the development and managing the execution of people programs such as talent planning, organizational design, new manager enablement, mentorship and sponsorship, employee engagement, change management, and diversity and inclusion. 
  • Instill and support equitable and scalable performance management practices
  • Address and manage employee relations issues with incredible respect, thoroughly and proactively. 
  • Monitor the pulse of the organization to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Build and support training and development programs, tailored to the needs of the R&D org, in partnership with the L&D department. 
  • Use employee feedback and data to execute highly effective employee engagement activities. 
  • Help advocate and drive change management activities for organizational changes to support the employee experience throughout the change 
  • Support performance management and compensation planning 
  • Administer exit interviews and collect attrition data for practical use to improve retention.

Who You Are: 

  • You have previous experience in HR as a Business Partner, Generalist, Specialist, or equivalent role, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to get things done
  • You are a strong communicator who has proven the ability to tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences  
  • You have demonstrated a strong ability to develop and deliver scalable people programs that support the strategic needs of the business 
  • You place the highest value on delivering an extraordinary employee experience
  • You have impeccable judgment and follow-through skills, and can be fully trusted with the most confidential information
  • You have experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
  • You are process and detail-oriented, but not overly so - you fully appreciate the value of getting things done 
  • You know the importance of using data to reinforce your recommendations and know how to interpret and visualize information in large data sets 
  • Ideally, you thrive in a fast pace environment 
  • BA/BS is preferred

USA Base Salary Pay Range$100,000—$120,000 USD
