Our Corporate office is looking for an Associate Growth Product Manager to execute Growth Product Management Team website (Drupal/Acquia) deliverables on time and within scope. In partnership with various stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting the website technology needs for Wealth Enhancement. A successful Associate Growth Product Manager will have superior communication skills, expertise in technology prioritization and road mapping, and in-depth experience with requirement elicitation and analysis, user story writing, and team-level backlog management. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a face-paced environment with evolving priorities and excels under pressure.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions

Product Management

  •  Drive website feature development, processes alignment, and efficiencies while being nimble and flexible, in support of delivering Growth projects for new and existing growth product initiatives

  •  Define web project workstreams and drive consensus on workstream plans

  •  Create roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans that are actionable and concise, aligned with industry and WEG process knowledge. Use various communication mediums to ensure alignment

  •  Anticipate problems early and take action to mitigate the impact of these issues and make decisions in a timely manner

Project Management

  •  Provide project management support through the lifecycle of complex cross-functional Web projects

  •  Maintain proper documentation standards per project: ensuring project documentation, including requirements documents and final solution documents are documented and can be traced

  •  Work within the Project Management Tool – and drive adherence and functionality/process improvements

  •  Mastery of functional self-management, requiring minimal supervision within projects from direct leader

Relationship/Partnership Management - Be a primary point of contact for Project Management Support while partnering efficiently and effectively with cross- functional teams, while living the WEG Values.

  •  Work with cross functional teams on specific project topics, by providing value relating to resources, timelines, and status communications

  •  Collaborate with other members of the Growth team to ensure the latest versions of compliance standards, disclosure information and brand standards are being utilized.

  •  Always uphold brand standards

  •  Partner with implementation vendors, setting relationship expectations and ensure that partner adhere to our process standards, where applicable and available

Process Improvements - Define new project management processes for the Growth organization and continue to optimize and scale processes and procedures aligning to WEGs strategy and focus

  •  Evaluate current procedures and seek opportunities for editing

  •  Communicate, document and train out new procedures

  •  Define and promote formal communication methods and establish open and consistent communication within the team and management and senior management

  •  Take initiative, resolve problems, and create new and improve existing project processes to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business; Marketing, MIS, finance, economics, technology or related

  • Experience with managing website priorities and roadmaps required

  • Experience with Acquia/Drupal preferred

  • Experience with Agile development required

  • Proficiency using Confluence and JIRA strongly preferred

  • Superior written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical parts of the business

  • Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles

  • Ability to prioritize effectively

  • Ability to support a diverse set of business stakeholders with complex needs

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; including proficiency in Microsoft Visio or comparable too

  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the associate level is $87,400 - $131,000.
