Location:  Goleta, CA or Remote

The Role

The Associate, DTC Marketing Operations is to manage all creative requests such as email, social media, paid media, homepage from the DTC team and oversees all creative assets for Emerging Brands (Teva, Anhu). Under the direction of the Manager of Marketing Operations, this role will be responsible for the project management of the internal creative needs, end-to-end project management, and assist day-to-day operations with creative agency. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations, the Associate, DTC Marketing Operations will partner with stakeholders of the Emerging Brands’ DTC team both Teva and Ahnu to deliver quality creative and elevated content to meet business needs and goals of Emerging Brands.

Your Impact

  • Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing Teva and Anhu creative requests and assets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that enhances both brands across all consumer touchpoints managed by the brand marketing team
  • Manage marketing operations by review incoming briefs from the DTC team in the project management tool such as Workfront
  • In alignment with the Manager, the Associate will establish project timelines, secure approvals, and manage delivery on time.
  • Act as key point of contact for all creative requests supporting the DTC such as email, organic social media, paid media, and homepage for Teva and Ahnu
  • Co-leads meetings to track project status, discuss and assign incoming projects, following up with notes and next steps.
  • Understands asset deliverables and delivery dates and communicates that information as necessary.
  • Manage DTC team’s creative assets by organizing assets by implementing a structured asset management system to ensure assets are easily accessible, tagging, categorizing, and archiving them based on project and campaign needs with a sample and asset coordinator.

  • You are detail oriented, process-friendly, and capable of working within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 2 - 3 years of experience working within creative agencies or marketing team
  • Understanding of digital assets management and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and WorkFront or similar project management software.
  • Proven ability working with external agencies at varying levels of experience to deliver projects that are on brief and on time.

$30-$32/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
