About the Team:
The Strategic Initiatives team implements company strategy as defined by Executive Leadership. We operate on a project basis, managing initiatives that are expected to drive the most scalable short, mid and long-term growth for the business. The team oversees our key initiatives end-to-end – starting with an analysis-fueled go/no-go proposal to our Executive Team, and advancing through the cross functional leadership/execution of the strategy. The team is highly collaborative, leading cross functional working groups that require close partnership with senior stakeholders across the Revenue, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People teams. Categories of projects we lead include: GTM/commercialization strategy for our latest innovations and product launches, M&A diligence and integration, market expansion analysis and implementation (both geographic and segment based), and many others. While we have partners and stakeholders across the organization, we operate in lockstep with the C-Suite, who has a vested interest in each initiative we run.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurially-minded individual to set the strategy for and drive complex and impactful initiatives forward. This person will be challenged to think both strategically and analytically in order to develop and own key components of the business’s strategy. They will be tasked with setting goals, developing and implementing action plans that require crossfunctional stakeholder management to achieve them, reporting initiative performance back to leadership, and iterating through completion.
