Associate Director, RMO, Client Delivery Operations

Job Description:

The AD, RMO, Client Delivery Operations is responsible for resource planning and staff allocation of the Media Practice Area Globally Sourced employee population. You are a strategic partner to Business Leaders and internal staffing partners; your goal is to ensure the proper execution of the resource management operation.

You will report to the VP, RMO, Client Delivery Operations

You Will:

  • Manage daily operations for globally sourced employee populations sitting in India and Argentina
  • Collaborate with partners and lead weekly status meetings
  • Handle staffing escalations from start to finish ensuring that the business is supported throughout the process and resource management process is followed
  • Compile and analyze resource management reports (available resources, current resource allocations, capacity reports)
  • Build partnerships with business teams to ensure cooperation in all work
  • Collaborate with lead on the maturation of global resource management processes and capabilities
  • Sync with Internal Staffing partner, ensuring swift processing of submitted candidates to onboarding/hire status
  • Support business in reallocation efforts when needed
  • Maintain the data accuracy of Resource Allocation Plan
  • Manage a small team
  • Review monthly billing from partners

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Resource Management, Staffing, or similar function
  • Maintain accuracy of data in workforce management tool
  • Collaborate with partners to gather and understand reporting requirements
  • Experience managing several concurrent projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools within Excel, such as PivotTables and Pivot Charts
  • Comfortable with each day bringing a new challenge to solve. No day will look exactly the same!

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
