What’s unique about this role?

The role of Associate Director, Privacy and Testing is unique because it encompasses leadership and strategic responsibilities in two primary practice areas: Microsoft Priva solutions and Microsoft 365 Purview eDiscovery testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, the ability to mentor and coach junior team members, and a robust executive presence. Additionally, the role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Priva technology and extensive experience with deploying, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Priva solutions across various organizational environments.

 

What will this person do?

  • Lead and manage analysts, consultants, and other staff responsible for delivering Microsoft Priva consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive privacy strategies and solutions that align with industry best practices, with a specific focus on Microsoft Priva tools.
  • Lead and manage testing staff responsible for conducting ongoing tests in Microsoft 365 to determine the functionalities and capabilities of Microsoft Purview eDiscovery tools.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Lead client engagements, working closely with Project Managers, Associate Directors, Consultants, and Analysts to meet project requirements.
  • Lead the successful completion of projects by fulfilling milestone deliverables and ensuring that target profit margins and budget objectives are achieved. 
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and initiatives aimed at expanding the Privacy and Testing practice.
  • Create detailed documentation, including project plans, testing reports, and status updates, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support, as needed, responding to RFI/RFPs, client demos, assisting in proposal preparation and pricing for Microsoft Priva
  • Serve as a Microsoft Priva technical and product expert during major sales opportunities and support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options.
  • Conduct personalized demos of Microsoft Priva solutions, prepare and deliver proposals (RFPs), and run custom proof-of-concept evaluations.
  • Serve as lead subject matter expert in collaborating with Microsoft on Priva program development.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with respect to testing methodologies, procedures, workflows, and reporting
  • Ability to manage and meet the expectations of a wide and diverse audience of stakeholders for eDiscovery testing against Microsoft 365
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with implementing privacy programs and managing large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to privacy and eDiscovery.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and manage conflicts to successful resolutions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work within timelines and adapt to changing workloads.

 

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

 

The expected pay for this role will range from $110,526 to $175,000 per year.  This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
