We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team and help maximize a massive market opportunity by leading a team of 4-8 Account Executives. You will need to work cross-departmentally to improve efficiencies and ensure the team has what it needs to blow out their numbers. You will report into the Vice President of Commercial Sales. This role is full-time and can be fully remote, however, east coast base and NYC accessible is preferred.   

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Manage full sales cycle role reps selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers at mid-size corporates in the assigned U.S territory. (2500 - 10,000 EE's)
  • Ramp up new hires to ensure they are ready to sell to prospective customers
  • Work cross departmentally to improve efficiencies across the team
  • Monitor pipeline and communicate how the team is tracking to the VP of Sales
  • Travel as needed to see target clients and attend prospecting events and conferences
  • Bring ideas on best approaches to marketing our products in new and innovative ways.
