Position Summary:
Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Medical Information reporting to the Senior Director of Global Medical Information & Operations. This position will be responsible for day-to-day management of medical information operations, including oversight of the medical information call center; generation, revision and maintenance of frequently asked questions, and standard response documents in response to unsolicited requests for approved and investigational products within the Travere portfolio; and cross-functional support in the execution of departmental deliverables. This individual will remain current on relevant medical/scientific areas of interest to the company, industry best practices, and applicable regulatory guidelines to ensure the department provides timely, accurate, balanced and compliant medical information. This individual will also support the delivery of high quality and impactful medical assets, focusing on innovative, best in class, and value-added services and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and implement Global Medical Information operational strategies/objectives and provide medical, scientific and technical support for the Travere product portfolio and/or products under clinical development
• Develop and execute project plans that ensure pre- and post- product launch preparedness of the Medical Information department, including support of Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, and Commercial teams
