We are seeking an Associate Director of Identity and Access Management Engineering to infuse our team with innovative ideas and daring solutions. In this position, you will play a crucial role in defining how our organization ensures secure, appropriate, and timely access to enterprise resources, while also driving our Identity and Access Management strategy forward. 

 

What You'll Be doing: 

The Associate Director of Identity and Access Management Engineering is a leadership role overseeing the teams responsible for implementing new capabilities and service improvements across identity platforms and services. This role will be at the forefront of the organization's identity and access management initiatives. The primary responsibility will be to lead a team of talented IAM engineers, driving the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge capabilities. It will also play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and scalability of our IAM services. This position requires a strong focus on agility, as well as the ability to lead both Scrum and Kanban teams. Additionally, you'll need to balance competing priorities based on service lead requirements, our cybersecurity portfolio, business needs, and user experience considerations.

Team Leadership & Management:  

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of identity engineers.   

  • Provide coaching, career development, performance management and professional growth opportunities.

  • Cultivate a global team culture, ensuring alignment across geographies to operate as one global team. 

  • Identify critical skill gaps and develop strategies to attract, retain and upskill top talent.  

  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive team fostering different perspectives and backgrounds.    

  

Resource Planning & Allocation:   

  • Work closely with service leads to understand project roadmaps and requirements. 

  • Allocate engineering resources aligned with top priorities across identity services.
