Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate Director, B2B Marketing to join our +Oscar Strategy and Operations team.

About the role

As an Associate Director of B2B Marketing you will responsible for concepting, executing and measuring the impact of a best-in-class GTM marketing strategy for our emerging B2B business. You will craft compelling campaigns to reach our target audiences and partner with agencies and our internal cross-functional partners to drive lead generation. 

You will report to the Senior Director of +Oscar Strategy & Operations.

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office (in Hudson Square), our Tempe office (off the 101 at University Dr), or our Los Angeles office (in Marina Del Rey), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Otherwise, this is a remote / work-from-home role.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $158,400 - $207,900 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $142,560 - $187,110 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of a GTM strategy to support our B2B entity with cross-functional partners. 
  • Partner with selected agencies to optimize overall GTM strategy, distribution channels, and content creation/deployment.
  • Understand our consumer segments and make informed recommendations on how to reach them. 
  • Build a sales enablement strategy and the supporting materials to empower the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell the products.
  • Develop a marketing roadmap and structure to support key business goals and ensure future success. 
  • Lead the research, strategy and execution of full-funnel growth initiatives, continuing to learn and adapt to achieve growth targets in-concert with the brand strategy.
  • Drive awareness, engagement and growth for our B2B business through comprehensive marketing plans and multichannel go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, optimize tactics, and report on ROI.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, ideally in health-tech or within a startup environment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams of direct and indirect reports.
  • Experience working on integrated marketing and advertising campaigns, which could include digital, social, broadcast, radio, OOH or direct mail.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing best practices.
  • Experience leading expansion and new product launches from a marketing perspective.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Pay Transparency:  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
