🚀 Your mission as an Associate Director (Acquisition)!

You will spearhead innovative and data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and growth on a global scale. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and team leadership to enhance our market presence, optimize our campaigns, and expand our user base, ensuring CSGORoll remains a leading platform in the gamified skins industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition marketing strategies to drive user growth and engagement on the CSGORoll platform.

  • Identify and prioritize key markets and user segments to target, ensuring a tailored approach for each region.

  • Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and affiliate programs.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize ROI and user acquisition costs.

  • Allocate and manage the acquisition marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact of spend.

  • Track and report on budget utilization and campaign ROI to senior leadership.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all acquisition marketing efforts.

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance and user acquisition strategies.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer support, to ensure alignment on growth objectives and initiatives.

  • Conduct regular market research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, content creators, and other relevant entities to expand CSGORoll’s reach and visibility.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities and drive campaign success.

  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with CSGORoll’s brand values and messaging, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence across all channels.

  • Develop and oversee creative assets, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

Requirements

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role within the gaming or tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance marketing techniques.
  • Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming community and ecosystem, particularly within the context of skins trading and gamified platforms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and user acquisition.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
