Purpose of Role
The Customer Marketing Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing email and mobile marketing campaigns for the US, Canada and Mexico markets. This includes product, promotional, loyalty, retail & journey emails as well as push notifications. This role will manage day-to-day operations including authoring project plans for campaign build, creating tracking codes, securing and delivering final creative assets, and overseeing the proofing and approval process for on-time and accurate campaign deployment.
A successful candidate is organized, detail-oriented, can coordinate multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment, and possesses strong communication and follow up skills. This role reports into the Customer Marketing Senior Manager.
Your Impact
- Manage day-to-day operations and execution of email & mobile marketing campaigns.
- Author project plans for the campaign build of email & push notifications with key inputs: deployment date/time, audiences, creative assets, urls, tracking codes, testing, dynamic elements, versioning, etc.
- Create tracking codes to ensure accurate reporting of campaign.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Marketing Ops, Copy, Creative, DTC Marketing, Site Merch, Loyalty & more) to ensure project plan inputs & creative assets are received on-time.
- Deliver final project plan & creative assets to the Developers for each campaign.
- Manage the proofing, QA and approval process for accurate and on-time campaign deployment.
