Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Associate Design Director at dentsu, where you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing creative solutions across various media platforms. You'll collaborate with our team of talented professionals to translate client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet both aesthetic and strategic objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

1. Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

2. Produce high-quality visual designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including but not limited to branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, and marketing collateral.

3. Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements into comprehensive marketing campaigns.

4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadline while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

5. Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work to ensure our agency remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in advertising or agency setting

  • Experience with Packaging Design

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $61.00 - $98.89 per hour. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays as outlined on the dentsu 2024 holiday schedule, in addition to accrued safe and sick time. This is a temporary, W2 role on dentsu payroll.
