Associate Customer Sales Manager – Sales Solutions (Liquidation)

Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Associate Customer Sales Manager (ACSM) is to provide Liquidation customer team support through data analysis, customer order management and Compass trade management & forecasting. The ACSM supports the identification and exploration of new business opportunities, while also helping to develop and nurture existing customer relationships. The ACSM is an information expert and highly skilled in the application of analytical and logistical tools. This role provides opportunity to increase customer sales experience and learning, while supporting the core needs of Sales Solutions / Liquidation team.
This position is dynamic and has touchpoints across the Kraft Heinz universe—from Supply Chain Losses and Customer Service to direct customer communications and connectivity with Spoiler Alert (3rd party platform partner). Sales Solutions desk has $100M+ in product flow annually (old aged / excess inventory needing to be sold into the secondary market) across total portfolio including Retail, Away from Home, KH Ingredients and Raw Package/Semi Finished Goods businesses.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Effectively partner with customers: understand their business, the marketplace, and affect positive business growth
• Partner with CSC, GBS and 3rd Party Platform (Spoiler Alert) teams to maximize logistical efficiencies and customer service
• Own Compass Revenue Forecast & Trade Balance while effectively implementing Kraft Heinz pricing strategies and guardrails across dual buying customers (i.e. Grocery Outlet)
• Collaborate across total team to monitor and track KPI performance and reporting tools to complete annual business plan.
• Develop clear and concise presentations to communicate opportunities and recommendations to Sales Solutions team
• Maintain files and documentation to thoroughly detail business processes
• Track and supervise budget for multiple segments of the business (ZBB)
Expected Experience & Required Skills
• Experience prioritizing and performing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
• Ability to learn/understand waste risk initiatives coming from partner (Liquidation Sales) priorities and Provisional Code (P Code) opportunities
• Trusted to work autonomously within a CBT framework to help achieve KPI priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as Compass, IRI, Spark, etc
• Clear examples of exhibiting strong analytical skills; Has the ability & experience using syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans
• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or other applicable field of study
• Experience in an analytical support role, customer excellence or customer service centric role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel 5-10% out of the area as needed
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Remote based role that can be performed from a home office Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
