Pace is looking for an experienced B2B content marketer to join our team of player/coaches and create assets that deliver results for our financial services, tech, and other clients.

As an Associate Creative Director (Edit), you’ll contribute to brainstorms, concept campaign and content series ideas, and collaborate with our strategy and project management specialists. You’ll mentor and lead more junior colleagues on some projects.

Varied and fresh writing and editing assignments will continually come your way, from 50-character headlines to 50-page thought leadership documents. Our ideal candidate is curious, inventive, nimble when it comes to strategic direction changes, and able to multitask and track details well. Review of work samples and/or a link to a portfolio will be part of the screening process.

Experience working with complex topics and regulated industries—especially the financial space— is a plus.

This position is remote or hybrid eligible. Employees that reside in or around Greensboro, NC or NYC will be required to come into the office two days a week. Remote candidates must reside in or around the Dallas, TX area or the Atlanta, GA area.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Oversee the creation of content including long form articles, campaigns, landing pages, emails, paid media and other digital copy across all channels
  • Collaborate with design peers to produce visually strong, CTA-driven content
  • Present creative work internally and externally
  • Manage up, to keep creative and other discipline leads apprised of wins and challenges throughout the duration of each project
  • Manage the day-to-day production of the creative work; provide clear and constructive feedback peer-to-peer and mentor-to-mentee
