KAYAK is seeking a highly motivated Associate Client Success Manager to deal exclusively with our DMO, Financial, and non-travel advertising partners. The Client Success Manager will collaborate with internal and external partners to improve the client’s performance, success and drive renewal.

To be successful the ideal candidate needs to have a deep understanding of digital advertising space, client satisfaction, attention to detail, and outstanding analytical skills. You will work closely with KAYAK’s non-endemic ad sales and commercial teams. You are a self-starter who enjoys being creative and thrives in an agile, dynamic, and data-driven environment. This position is based in North America, preferably Boston-MA or Stamford-CT. Open to remote candidates if it’s the right candidate.
