  Client Consultants play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills.  Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients’ success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals.An Associate Client Consultant should have a basic understanding of best practices, can execute tasks with supervision from others. Individuals will create basic level insights and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the client service team and begins to lead support efforts with low complexity. 

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Client Consultant. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management skills, and effective communication capabilities. You should have a keen analytical mind and be proficient in data analysis.

You will need to analyze data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems that may arise during the project lifecycle. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is crucial to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus
