The Client Consulting function plays a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis, and communication skills. Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze their current business processes, understand the clientsâ success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clientsâ goals. An Associate Client Consultant should have a basic understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with supervision from others. Individuals will create basic level insights and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the client service team and begins to lead support efforts with low complexity.What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You will be engaging and counselling with clients, ensuring that you act on behalf of not only the client, but also the organisation. We are looking for someone who can build trust and credibility easily, and who can stand their ground where required. You will need a minimum of 2-3 yearsâ experience in a client support position, financial services experience preferred.  If you are an analytical thinker and great problem solver, this might be for you!   You may have worked as a âClient Consultantâ, or 'Client Specialistâ.ÂWhat do we offer?
