THE ROLE
The Associate Brand Manager supports the creative packaging and merchandising teams while contributing to broader brand strategy initiatives. This includes planning and executing projects, managing timelines, delegating tasks, and ensuring teams have the resources needed to deliver on-brand work. You will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring brand objectives and deadlines are met.
In addition to packaging, you will assist in developing brand strategies, including target audience identification, positioning, and messaging, while overseeing packaging copy and marketing efforts that drive customer engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proactively solve problems, and continuously optimize processes across the Owned Brand team.
This role will report directly into the Head of Owned Brand.

THE ROLE

This role will report directly into the Head of Owned Brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead quarterly surveys to gather member insights on Thrive Market Brands, utilizing the findings to inform decisions and maintain a member-first approach across all brand efforts.
- Lead the creation and execution of digital-first, go-to-market campaigns for new product launches under Thrive Market Brands, focusing on awareness generation and conversion.
- Oversee the brief completion, design reviews, and communication hierarchy for Thrive Market Brands packaging.
- Oversee the development and execution of a best-in-class content strategy for Thrive Market Brands, including product descriptions and PDPs.
- Organize and track projects, timelines, and deliverables using Wrike to ensure efficient progress across all teams involved in packaging and copy creation.
- Act as the primary copy project manager for new product launches, including overseeing naming conventions, romance copy, and product descriptions to ensure consistency and brand voice for Thrive Market Brands.
- Assist in crafting comprehensive brand strategies, including target audience identification, brand positioning, and key messaging
- Oversee the delivery of final artwork and manage the proofing process, collaborating with both the creative team and external vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in marketing, brand management, business, or related field. CPG/Ecommerce/Retail experience preferred.
- 4+ years of experience working in an in-house/ agency creative team and/or working in brand management
- Some understanding of print production and packaging design
- Consumer goods experience is a plus, especially within Owned Brand/Private Label
- Experience with Wrike project management system a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience managing various stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong leadership and ability to quickly make decisions while remaining calm
- Can-do attitude who can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Curious and collaborative mindset with the ability to foster teamwork at all levels of the organization

JOB INFORMATION:
- Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000/Per Year.
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
