Job SummaryResponsible for auditing various Eligibility work items and processes, tracking findings and communicating audit results across all Luminare Health locations. Audits may be random, target, client, vendor or product specific. Audit results are utilized to monitor performance, meet client or vendor performance guarantee requirements, and analyze areas for possible improvement to assure that Luminare Health not only meets, but exceeds our customer’s expectations. Also responsible for maintaining training plans and all departmental documentation. Primarily targets the large volume of manual work that falls outside of the scope of the enterprise QA team.

** This role is based remotely, however candidates must live in one the following states: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, NC, NM, OK, PA, TX or WI **

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in PowerSTEPP Eligibility or Quality Assurance in managed care/health insurance environment

  • Demonstrated excellent investigative and resolution skills with attention to detail

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to work and prioritize independently

  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work collaboratively in an environment of continuous process improvement

  • Demonstrated and effective mediation skills

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Administering with high quality accuracy

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
