The Addressable Revenue Analytics Team (a subset of the Revenue & Yield Management Team) sits within the Advertising Sales Organization here at the Walt Disney Company. One of our core missions is to provide intelligence and analytics to our sales leadership teams in order to drive revenue growth. Specifically, our team is focused on the fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) side of Ad Sales where we help drive insights into the health of the Hulu and Disney+ ad sales business.

Some responsibilities include managing our reporting suite (including weekly, monthly, and quarterly pacing reviews) and key planning processes (Annual Budgets, Forecasts, and Long-Range Planning).In addition to driving monetization through the exposure and elevation of trend analysis, we are focused on the storytelling of our ad sales business growth and the impacts/trends of the overall marketplace. As part of this group, you will have the opportunity to consistently interact with Sales teams, Pricing & Planning, Operations, Marketing, Client Solutions, Finance and Inventory Analytics.

Job Summary:

The Revenue & Yield Management team is seeking an Analyst of Revenue Analytics who will be an exceptional addition to our Ad Sales team.  As an Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis of the DTC sales portfolio enabling strategic decision-making.  A successful employee in this role will consolidate large data sets in the effort to uncover trends and insights related to our day-to-day business.   Once identified, these insights and intelligence will be presented to management with the intention of driving sales efforts forward.   This person will be exposed to some of the fastest growing and most exciting areas of our business, like Hulu, Disney+, Programmatic, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

  • Consolidate data sets across CRM and Revenue focused systems to identify macro trends. Drive deep analytics to strengthen monetization via an in-depth understanding of customer behavior, retention, and platform revenue.
