This role collaborates with program administrators, faculty, and university offices to manage student records, ensure compliance with University policies, and promote effective operations across MaC programs. The Assistant Registrar for the Perelman School of Medicine Master’s & Certificate Programs (MaC) supports academic administration for thirteen master’s programs and affiliated certificate programs, serving approximately 75 faculty and 700 students. This role collaborates with program administrators, faculty, and university offices to manage student records, ensure compliance with University policies, and promote effective operations across MaC programs. Reporting to the MaC Registrar, the Assistant Registrar works closely with the Associate Dean, Director of Education, Registrar, and Operations Coordinator to support overall program success.
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Student Record Management: Facilitate registration, advisor assignments, field of study updates, degree audits, and separations; conduct audits to ensure registration and billing accuracy and compliance with University, state, and federal regulations.
- Graduation Processing: Support degree clearing and graduation processing by coordinating application deadlines and working with MaC program staff, MaC Registrar, and the Office of the University Registrar to ensure timely, accurate graduation records.
- Systems Support: Oversee systems access for MaC program staff, assist with onboarding, and serve as the first point of contact for program staff needing guidance and technical assistance on university-wide and program-specific systems, escalating issues as necessary.
- Documentation & Reporting: Collaborate with the MaC Registrar to develop and update process documentation and handbooks; provide accurate data to program staff through reports for internal program needs and external accreditation reviews.
- Administrative Support: Manage the MaC Registrar email account to facilitate timely communication and provide support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

This Targeted Pay Range is only applicable to this job posting. All salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
