The role - your passion

  • Operational Support:

    • maintaining records of damage incidents, repairs, and associated costs, ensuring accuracy.

  • Training and Prevention Support:

    • Assist in the implementation of damage prevention programs and strategies.

    • Help provide training to drivers and operational staff on damage prevention and reporting procedures.

    • Ability to travel throughout North America as needed to support station locations. Occasional travel to Germany may be required.

  • Insurance and Claims Assistance:

    • Assist the DCM with Insurance claims as needed?? Assist with the documentation and preparation required for insurance claims processing.

  • Repair Coordination Assistance:

    • Help schedule repairs and track the completion of service work.

    • Support in negotiations with repair facilities on rates and service terms.

  • Expense Monitoring:

    • Assist in monitoring and recording repair and service-related expenses.

    • Provide data for cost analysis under the guidance of the DCM.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Support the Damage Control Manager in ensuring that fleet vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.

    • Help ensure the accuracy of fleet management software inputs and other tools.

  • Miscellaneous Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the Damage Control Manager and assist in other related duties as required.

What you need to surf the wave with us

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in fleet management, damage control, automotive repair, or related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software (e.g., Fleet Complete, Samsara, or similar platforms).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and safety standards.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to assist in cost management and damage prevention strategies.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Must be able to lift 25+ pounds at times

  • Due to auto insurance requirements, you must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base, with drivers, vendors, and other departments.

  • Able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat/cold as needed.

  • Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/hot temperature extremes.

  • Ability to perform the following physical activities as needed: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing).

  • Ability to perform cleaning duties within work area as needed including the use of cleaning chemicals.

Compensation is based on location and experience set at a range of $60k-$67k annually.

Location: Remote to Arizona or Nevada
