Job Description: 

The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the brand fundamentals, strategic planning and execution of 360 degree Marketing plans for the Nature’s Bounty business. Under the direction of the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, this individual will contribute to budget management, marketing plan execution, new product introductions, digital and promotional strategies relating to the brand. This position would coordinate with cross functional teams, such as Customer Strategy, Sales, Digital and Agency vendors to support the achievement of the Nature’s Bounty brand objectives. This is a remote-based opportunity and is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities: 

Brand Management

• Oversee Brand budget, optimizing the marketing mix and communicating with senior management. 
• Requires collaboration with finance and accounting on monthly deliverables and ad hoc requests. 
 

Business Planning & Performance Tracking
 

• Track performance of new product launches to identify successes and opportunities in post- launch phase.
• Lead cross-functional teams on new line extensions and new packaging launches. Develop project briefs, manage stage-gate process timelines, and align stakeholders to key decision points.
• IRI reporting: weekly consumption, monthly brand book, quarterly brand-on-a-page, …
