About the Role

We are looking for an Asset Management Field Specialist to help us bring AI to supply chains in the world’s largest companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our equipment fleet across various locations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Regional Asset Manager to develop and implement proactive maintenance plans for equipment fleet.
  • Collaborate with customer facilities and maintenance vendors to coordinate equipment servicing and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance history, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure the functionality and accuracy of equipment telematics devices.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the Regional Asset Manager on equipment status, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to optimize equipment utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to asset management practices.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation: $75k - $85k

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, HSE/DOT, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in asset management, equipment maintenance, or a similar role preferred but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of asset management principles, procedures, and best practices preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
