Key responsibilities for this role include:
Reporting to the head of Artwork, provide strategic direction and expertise on artwork operations, data strategy & governance, special projects / initiatives and artwork team building, coaching & mentoring.
Manage and provide strategic oversight of central artwork vendors utilized for artwork generation (Contracts, KPIs, CAPAs, Invoices, Daily Operations, Onboarding and Offboarding etc.) to ensure smooth day to day operations, on-time delivery of artwork and adherence to agreed SLAs. Formal liaison between artwork team and 3P business partners to share and communicate key updates, opportunities for improvement etc.
Provide strategic oversight and project management expertise for delivery of special projects and initiatives on annual roadmap (Retirement of GLAMS system and onboarding of GLAMS markets to Trackwise; Delivery of Third Party batch packaging and release data portal from BfARM CAPA; Integration of SAP with Trackwise to collect, enter and track artwork implementation information; Delivery of third party artwork portal for internal packaging sites to share artwork with print vendors, third party packaging sites etc.). Formal liaison between artwork and internal business partners (Global IT, Trackwise, SAP teams) to ensure on time delivery of projects in accordance with agreed project plan and charter.
Provide Project Management Office expertise to collate and report on monthly operational metrics and dashboards from the artwork team (Affiliate Cluster Artwork Metrics, Launch readiness scorecard, 1File Format Deployment, Artwork Vendor Operational metrics, Risks & Issues etc.). Provide strategic direction and expertise to highlight risks, escalate issues to senior management that impede departmental initiatives & milestones.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, PV, IT Systems Deployment, Business Process Improvements, Lean Principles.
Minimum of 10 years experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, PV, IT Systems Deployment. Minimum of 7 years experience in Operational Excellence & Management Consulting. However, A combination of experience and/ or education will be taken into consideration.
Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) preferred.
Must have experience with Microsoft Excel / Smartsheets - Advanced (including pivot tables and charts). Strong Presentational & Business Process Mapping Skills (Visio, MIRO Boards, Lucid Charts). Awareness of GxPs (GMP, GCP, GVP, GDP). Data Analysis and reporting.
Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping. Periodic travel may be required.
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $193,000.
