The role:
We are looking for a motivated and talented Content Specialist to create impactful and engaging content tailored for diverse industries, including Technology, SaaS, Financial Services, Retail, B2C auto insurance, and more. This role demands a collaborative, creative, and strategic thinker experienced in content creation, SEO best practices, and working with cross-functional teams to produce content that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports overall business goals. This role sits in the Marketing department and reports to the Brand Content Strategy Expert

  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive content calendar including publish dates for content.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and other teams as appropriate to create content that aligns with business goals and addresses customer pain points. Content formats could include blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, eBooks, newsletters, and video scripts.

  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance content visibility.

  • Utilize AI tools and other resources for content research, content outlining, and performance optimization.

  • Analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
