The AVP, Marketing - Operations and Analytics role plays a crucial part in the larger job of marketing by leading brand initiatives, managing marketing strategies, and overseeing marketing operations and data analytics. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing campaign metrics, developing cross-channel measurement and KPI frameworks, and managing relationships with providers for marketing initiatives and new product development. They will also lead the charging in developing a comprehensive data-driven strategy, providing insights for sales operations and overseeing the organization’s CRM development including data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Collaborate with the finance team to align budget tracking and reporting.
  • Identify, optimize and be the expert for all marketing and sales enablement technologies including CRM, marketing automation, email communication, push notification systems, customer satisfaction, reporting and data intelligence tools.
  • Develop and execute the organization's analytics strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategic priorities and goals.
  • Drive the development and use of analytical models and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
