A key priority for Lambeth is early intervention for children and young people with SEN.

The Area SENCo Support Service will be driven to ensure all our SEN children and young people achieve and we have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to support enabling our educational settings to achieve this goal.  

We are looking for an experienced and exceptional SENCo to be a key member of the Area SENCo Support Service which will bring together our SEN support teams within the borough to support schools to improve outcomes and reduce suspensions for our SEN children and young people.

This position requires both a qualified teacher status and SENCo qualification.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of a team that drives this new service. You will support the Senior Strategic Area SENCo to develop a service that supports settings to deliver their statutory duties but also play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of provision and outcomes for SEN children and young people in our vibrant and diverse borough.
