Ability to assess non-building assets such as bridges, piers, pavement, and sitework is also essential.
Acting as an Architectural Assessor on projects, this person will be responsible for observing, identifying, and documenting all architectural, structural, and civil systems for a given asset, identifying any deficiencies that these systems have, and providing recommendations with budgetary cost estimates for how best to correct the deficiencies. - Determine overall condition of each system and its remaining useful life
- Provide recommendations for correction of identified deficiencies
