A&R Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Create Music Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented A&R Operations Coordinator to support our A&R team with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the music industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position requires someone who can maintain clear communication, track progress, and help keep the A&R department running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM system to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Managing Salesforce backend to updating assignments data regularly for Project Managers & digital rights teams
• Validate and confirm Schedule A's for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with Terms of Service (TOS) regulations for client signings.
• Assist in managing the inbox for all client inquiries while building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Assist with responding to client inquires via Intercom

Qualifications 

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Any client support experience, especially in intercom, is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience at a record label or music publisher preferred
• Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus

Pay Scale

$25.24 - $31.25/hr
