Applications Analyst III-Digital and Technology Partners - Remote

The App Analyst III role within the UKG Dimensions team is accountable for creating real time dashboards, analytics and reporting in addition to supporting all technology solutions that help the Kronos UKG Dimensions functions. This role will ensure the day-to-day operational activities are running as expected, integrations are working, resolving incidents, managing updates, performing configurations, and performing root cause analysis. Engages with the business areas within their functional domain to support operational business events and any associated application changes.
- Provides design, execution, deployment, and application support for Reporting and Analytics within UKG Dimensions to ensure the day-to-day operational activities are running as expected.
- Manages production issues if/when they occur to ensure service restoration, root cause analysis, and implementing preventative actions to avoid future occurrences.
- Acts as a liaison among stakeholders (business partners, IT team, service providers) in delivering the Application Support.
- Lead communication with internal staff and 3rd party service providers as required to resolve issues.
- Continually looks for opportunities to refine operational procedures to ensure support is provided consistently with as few errors as possible.
- Ensures ongoing Application and Vendor compliance
- Partner with the business in supporting operational changes to the application portfolio driven by business events, process improvements, bug fixes, or software releases
- Continually monitors software releases (SaaS as well as installed software) to assess the changes, define the impacts, and plan appropriately for any regression testing (validation impact where applicable), business/user communications, training, and any operational impacts associated with the changes
- Stays abreast of IT services best practices.
- Ensure SOPs, WIs are adhered to in the day-to-day operations
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years of Analytics and reporting experience is a must
- 2+ years’ experience in Operational Efficiencies and metrics driven environment.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a must
- Provide technical expertise to conduct specific performance or functional tests associated with resolving issues regarding Kronos applications.
- Experience with Oracle Human Resource is desired
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL development role is desired
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
- Experience in leading Business Analysis, Business Process Design and Application Development (SDLC).
- Successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget.
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business Partners.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills.
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Compensation Statement
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $99,200.00 - $148,800.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
