Responsibilities
Noblis ESI is seeking an Application Development and Deployment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Quantico, Virginia.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications to support mission-critical operations.
- Contribute to the advancement of applications, automations, and collaboration tools.
- Provide full lifecycle application development and deployment to include, requirements gathering, design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
- Plan, gather, and deploy applications, automations, dashboards and data sources for application functionality.
- Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve bugs and ensure application functionality and integration.
- Gather and analyze performance data, prioritize user feedback, and implement continuous quality and efficiency improvements.
This is a remote position, with some possibility of travel to client sites as directed by the client.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience in application development and deployment using the Microsoft Power Platform (Sharepoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and/or PowerBI).

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Security+ or equivalent certification.
