Your role in our mission

 

Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.

 

  • Work with the Client and our Business Analysts to design applications
  • Take requirements and code solutions that meet the documented requirements
  • Monitor applications and respond to system problems and abends as needed
  • Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Web- site Development).
  • Applies company and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity.
  • Configures account level or enterprise systems designed by more senior technologists.

 

What we're looking for

 

  • 3+ years of applications development and batch programming with C/C++/C#.
  • Medicaid and claims experience is preferred but not required.  
  • Basic understanding of SQL and Oracle, testing tools and test scripting. 
  • Experience using an Integrated Dev Environment (Azure, Visual Studio …). 
  • Basic understanding of modern SCM, modern software design and development methodologies (Object Oriented).

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
