Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARYRadiology Partners’ Regional Services team is seeking an Application Support Analyst II who is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the PACS/RIS equipment including image workflow, archiving, auto-routing, pre-fetching and other related activities.  The Application Support Analyst II provides accurate and timely support services for specified systems and troubleshoots problems. The Application Support Analyst plays a role in image data transfer, application system maintenance and application upgrades.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support with clinical go-lives, implementations, integrations and other RIS focused projects as needed.
  • Participate in problem management, root cause analysis, and service improvement projects.
  • Monitor and support application upgrades, capacity, and configuration changes, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
  • Manage and resolve clinical application issues, including broken studies and system problems, within agreed SLAs.
  • Provide support to end users, troubleshoot and solve application issues, and ensure smooth data flow through clinical systems.
  • Document technical processes, gather user requirements, and assist with application testing, configuration, and implementation.


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Two-year technology degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a background in technology support or technical roles.
  • Radiology clinical systems knowledge is a must have.
  • Experience with ticket management systems, incident/problem/request management, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of clinical radiology workflows, DICOM protocol, PACS/RIS systems, and HIPAA security requirements.
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in data analysis, systems design, and application testing in an ITIL-based environment.

COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $70K-$80K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
