A/P Specialist
We are looking for a diligent A/P Specialist to join our accounting department. The A/P Specialist’s responsibilities include monitoring of email boxes, entering of AP vouchers for payment, and assisting Accounting Manager and Director of Finance as needed.
Your responsibilities
• Entering of payment requests for processing in ERP system.
• Maintains/Scans all records, files and backup documentation in accordance with company retention guidelines.
• Allocate vendor invoices to correct cost centers and/or WBS job #’s.
• Research inquiries for vendor invoices/payments.
• Distributing vendor payments via secure email methods.
• Meets daily, weekly, and month end deadline.
• Supports Director, Accounting and Manager, AP & AR on special projects where needed.
• Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position
You’re good at
• Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.
• Must be able to take direction and work well with others.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
You might also have
• Minimum of two (2) years of accounting experience.
• SAP experience preferred
• Knowledge of the travel industry.
• Intermediate skills in Excel.
• Good follow-through on goals, plans and projects.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of AP Specialist is between $45,000 - $60,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
