AP and AR Specialist (CA Logistics Solutions, Homebased)

Salary: P50,000- P60,000 (Monthly Gross Package)

Schedule:  MONDAY TO TUESDAY (10:00PM TO 7:00AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong data entry and information management skills
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy  
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• Experience with accounting software and online platforms
• This role is for Canadian Market

What will you do?

• ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
• Maintain a record of all payments and expenses, such as purchase orders, payroll, invoices, and statements.
• Reconcile processed work by validating entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Entering financial transactions in databases, including general ledgers, month end and year-end closings, vendor statement reconciliations, and accounts payable
• Pay merchants by arranging paychecks and making sure that unpaid credit is received; reply to any questions about financing from vendors.

•  ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
• Ensure that accounts receivable records are kept up to date, that credits and collections are applied, that amounts that cannot be collected are accounted for, and that miscellaneous discrepancies are resolved.
• Prior to making a payment, collect and confirm invoices for relevant paperwork.
• Carry out daily cash management tasks, such as posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and documenting bank deposits.
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email.
