The salary range for this role, based in Kentucky is $67,760.00 to $93,170.00. The range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. 

Position Summary 

The Supply Chain Excellence Analyst will support department staff and broader value chain stakeholders with data & business requirements collection, reporting & analytics development, UAT testing & stakeholder validation, sku master file management, meeting organizations, continuous improvement, along with a variety of other tasks vital to the success of our integrated supply chain and business strategy.

Align data with information needs to anticipate potential value chain challenges with a mind set to develop and prioritize solutions, mitigating service risks so the group maximizes on time product flow to customers.
Establish productive alliances with customers and staff by demonstrating a creative, collaborative, bold and empathetic approach to ensure services delivery satisfaction and supply chain partnerships within the network remain strong and are adaptable to ever changing route to market complexities.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist with implementation of new reporting/analysis tools and dashboards
  • Assist with the development of the operations data model through data collection and validation
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of data flowing through to stakeholders
  • Create and distribute reports to senior leaders, highlighting risk and potential solutions for their review and execution with customers
  • Participate in weekly and monthly reporting cycles by preparing required KPIs and documentation
  • Assist with forecasting process
  • Support Ad-hoc and transversal supply chain reporting and analysis needs (S&OP, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Project management as assigned

  • Lead reporting needs assessment, benefit assessment & prioritization with key stakeholders
  • Design & lead UAT testing of reporting solutions

Required Experiences and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Technologically adept
  • Proven analytical skills, driven to deliver results
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Positivity and willingness to take initiative to achieve goals
  • Ability to work well under timeline pressures in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to learn, be flexible, take on responsibility, see tasks through to completion
  • Relevant business knowledge, preferably in supply chain, logistics or operations management (preferred)
  • Understanding/knowledge of JDE or other ERP systems (preferred)

  • ERP Suites (SAP or Anaplan a plus)
