BODYARMOR is looking for an Analyst, Strategic Insights & Tools (Remote) to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in all aspects of Category Management & Insights systems (CMI) development, management, and communication. Collaborate with CMI & IT stakeholders on process to expand current platforms or develop new iterations.
  • Orchestrate the building of an industry-leading business analytics platform by streamlining and optimizing current data-gathering processes.
  • Proficiently integrate diverse data sources, navigating cross-platform data intricacies to develop innovative tools for data-driven decision-making and actionable insights.
  • Kickstart special projects and offer ad-hoc support to the CMI team and the Executive Leadership Team. Build tools for actionable data, establish trust, and become go-to person for data-related tasks.
  • Leverage Quality Assurance measures to fact-check CMI-based reporting tools and resources.  Ensure accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly data uploads, as well as automated reporting dashboards. 
  • Support Manager in maintaining connectivity with internal systems management to ensure data quality.        
  • Share pertinent & thorough updates supporting new technology, reporting capabilities, system developments, and enhancements, as well as service interruption impacting user accessibility.  
  • Assist in ensuring company strategies & measurables are quantifiable via internal systems and reporting platforms.
  • Solicit user feedback, through direct training of CMI systems & tools, to maintain high levels of relevancy for targeted user groups.  Surface feedback to Manager for future enhancements consideration.
  • Share “best-in-class” usage occasions, as vehicles to promote overall application of CMI-based systems & reports.
  • Develop the necessary reports and decks to support ad-hoc reporting requests to evaluate impact of the overall impact of the field sales strategy for BODYARMOR at a market and retailer level.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years relevant experience, preferably in CPG industry
  • Team player with exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated capacity for big picture, strategic thinking, creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills – ability to work with high volume of data in Excel, and extract and automate data through Tableau is required
  • Salary range is $68,800 - $82,200. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
