Position SummarY:

Radiology Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist who will support the Contract Variance team.  The ideal candidate for this position must be familiar with payor reimbursement rates and methodologies.  This position will work closely with other members of the Revenue Cycle team and perform special payor – related projects as assigned.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain and analyze payor reimbursement information, including rates, fee schedules, and policy details.
• Review contracts, extract key reimbursement provisions, and implement fee schedules in the billing system.
• Diagnose and resolve contractual exceptions by collaborating with internal teams and leading review calls.
• Manage workflows for underpaid claims, including appeals and coordination with partners.
• Act as a liaison between Contract Variance and other Revenue Cycle teams, summarizing payor correspondence and distributing key details.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Team player with a proactive, challenge-ready attitude.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $60K-$65K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
