Position Summary:
A highly motivated and creative operational analyst for the Agency Management team to build process monitoring for multiple underlying processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Works with stakeholders to gather requirements, performs scoping and delivers projects to provide meaningful data analysis for decision making and recommends solutions to improve process capability and reduce rework.Provides leadership in both the frontend/backend creation of reporting and ultimately automation. Excels in learning operational processes and data structure with the ability to produce long term and ad-hoc reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing complex data analysis and reporting using various data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, SSRS, etc.); Serves as a Project Manager on various reporting initiatives and provides reporting to senior leadership for strategic decision making
- Identifies trends and uses a data-based approach to recommend opportunities for efficiencies; supports business improvements that reduce expenditures and increase profitability
- Provides data for formulating and implementing strategic inventory selection and flow control plans and roadmaps; Works with senior leaders in the execution of the plans
- Provides process deep dive analysis for third-party agency management operations and initiatives (e.g., process adherence monitoring, competitive process performance analysis, etc.) Partners with leadership to develop best in class reporting
- Assists with analytics, metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making at the direction of senior leaders
- Assists in determining where opportunities exist at the direction of senior leadership Forecasts performance at the direction of senior leaders by creating performance and accountability reports and monitors efficiency.
- Forecasts inventory flow across various process stages for better resource planning and turnaround time management
- Understands various business rules to create compliance and performance reporting
- Creates scripts for front line associates to execute; Serves as the subject matter expert for frontend/backend report creation and automation
- Develops methods to improve poor performance. Analyzes report usage and performance.
- Presents and trains employees on new reports (up to and including senior leadership)
- Assists senior leaders in the allocation workloads across multiple sites and programs, assists in the development and maintenance of short-and long-term capacity plans
Professional Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field required, Master's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years of experience in developing process level data reporting and forecasting preferred
- Knowledge of complex operations, systems, business processes, statistical analyses and modeling techniques
- Advanced SQL / Power BI experience required. Experience in Collections is highly preferred.
- Excellent data analysis skills; Experience using multiple analytical tools and methodologies (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Six Sigma)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Ability to perform large scale data analysis and create and maintain capacity plans in MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and at multiple levels
- Ability to work with large quantities of detailed information with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting multiple deadlines
- Some Project Management experience preferred
Salary Range:
$70,000.00 - $106,000.00PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.
