Overview

At this entry-level position, individuals are typically involved in supporting the development and delivery of learning, development, and change management plans for smaller projects with lower change impacts. They assist in addressing the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, while also aiding in the creation and dissemination of educational content. They may also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance their understanding of learning principles and change management methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with delivering organizational change management tactics by applying a structured change management approach under the supervision of more senior members of the team.
  • Assist with developing and delivering classroom and virtual training to technical and other audiences of various experience levels under supervision
  • Provide support for course development efforts, including research and content review
  • Support the collection and analysis of business readiness and success metrics, including survey development and administration
  • Help maintain teaching material, lab exercises, and change management tools
  • Assist with updates for curricula and collateral, as well as identifying tactics to mitigate change barriers and resistance. Support development and change management activities and tactics that engage leaders and stakeholders on effective change adoption.
  • Adapt to new projects and stakeholders when the subject matter is unfamiliar.
  • Participate in defining and structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development
  • Support delivery of basic training sessions, workshops, and Change Management efforts
  • Support change sustainability and business transition activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Results-oriented and deadline driven
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Familiarity with voiceover technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Corporate Communications, or Change Management
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dedicated training, learning, development or change management role
  • Change Management certification or designation
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Experienced in team collaboration and file-sharing applications
  • ITSM industry experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Salary Range

$24.48 - $46.49 USD (Hourly)
  • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.

Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
