POSITION SUMMARY:Radiology Partners has an open position for a Support Analyst, ITBS Application Portfolio Support Technician who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining applications within the portfolio Accounting & Finance Applications. The Support Analyst, ITBS Application Portfolio Support Technician provides accurate and timely maintenance and support services for specified systems and troubleshoots problems and ensures applications meet quality standards and business requirements. The Support Analyst, ITBS Application Portfolio Support Technician plays a significant role in application support and quality assurance for implementations and enhancements.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Application Support:
  • Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, implement solutions, and provide user guidance.
  • Monitor application performance, perform maintenance, and manage user access via IAM/Okta.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and best practices.
  • Support upgrades, migrations, and service improvements while following IT standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to knowledge base updates.
Quality Assurance:
  • Validate application functionality for new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts, performing manual and automated testing.
  • Identify and report defects, coordinate user acceptance testing, and assess release readiness.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Requires 2 years Information Technology experience
  • Requires 2 years’ experience working with Finance & Accounting Applications
  • Working experience in healthcare industry
  • Working with a ticket management/service desk system; plus, for ServiceNow experience
  • Sound knowledge of Incident, problem, and request management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools, software development life cycle and software quality assurance principles
  • Basic knowledge of database structures and queries
  • Experience troubleshooting integration issues
COMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is $65K-$75K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
