About the Role:

As an Analyst, Corporate Finance, you will independently lead workstreams around critical initiatives related to Fetch’s budgeting, planning, performance tracking and management, partnering closely with department leaders across the organization. This role is pivotal in providing insights and recommendations that shape Fetch’s financial strategy, optimize company performance, and ensuring efficient financial operations to support the company’s growth and objectives. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance.

Location:

This is a remote position in the United States. While it’s nice to have candidates near our office locations in New York, Boston, Chicago, Madison, and Birmingham for any on-site collaboration, there are no “in-office mandates”.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Identify opportunities for financial performance improvement across the organization
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
  • Scenario Planning
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
  • Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and department heads with in-depth analysis
  • Conducting M&A, JV, partnership analysis.

Skills we believe you need in this position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-impact financial role; preferably FP&A, Consulting, or Investment Banking including “in-house” tech experience.
  • Experience with Rewards or CPG Highly Preferred
  • Familiar with writing SQL preferred
  • Familiar with US GAAP
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint
  • Cost optimization, Cost analysis, and Cost Reporting experience
  • A proficiency in Tableau preferred
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills; great organization skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$87,500. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
